Saul Ewing is seeking a highly motivated real estate attorney with at least 6 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions. It is essential for candidates to have experience with commercial leasing and acquisitions/dispositions. Must have a proven ability to manage matters with minimal oversight. Large law firm experience is a plus. A strong academic background and excellent writing skills are essential. In addition, the ideal candidate will:
Provide clients with premium top-tier service.
Be solutions-oriented and exercise common sense.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Have exceptional interpersonal skills with clients and co-workers (i.e., high EQ and customer service skills).
Remain organized and able to work well under tight deadlines, handle multiple, detailed tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
Anticipate problems and issues and make the lives of clients easier: identify issues, quantify risk and make sound, actionable recommendations.
This position is open to the firm’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices with a preference for candidates located in Los Angeles. Must be admitted to practice in the State of California. The anticipated pay range for this role is $230,000 - $260,000.
