State Department Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Loan Delivery and Lending Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of loans to our clients. They will also be responsible for analyzing lending data and providing recommendations to improve lending processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field 3+ years of experience in loan delivery or lending analysis Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Loan Commitment and PPE Experience Required In-depth experience with investor and agency guidelines (FNMA, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae) and other relevant bodies. Strong understanding of loan delivery processes, investor guidelines, and secondary market practices. Experience with financial and loan management systems (e.g., Excel, SQL, Encompass, or other LOS). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with loan origination systems (Optimal Blue, Encompass) Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements Experience with data visualization tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Responsibilities:
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of loans to clients Analyze lending data and provide recommendations to improve lending processes Collaborate with other departments to ensure loan delivery meets client expectations Maintain accurate records of loan delivery and lending data Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements Skills:
As a Loan Delivery and Lending Analyst, you will use your strong analytical skills to analyze lending data and provide recommendations to improve lending processes. You will also use your attention to detail to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of loans to clients. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential as you will be working closely with other departments to ensure loan delivery meets client expectations. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure loan delivery is in compliance. Finally, you may use data visualization tools to present lending data to stakeholders.
