State Department Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Organizational (Business) Services Manager to lead our Organizational Services Program. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for the strategic oversight, comprehensive development, and expansion of the program. The Manager will play a crucial role in driving the credit union's growth, strengthening member relationships, and ensuring the seamless integration of innovative services.
As the primary liaison between our business members and the credit union, the Organizational Services Manager will lead efforts to enhance member satisfaction, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.
Required Skills and Competencies:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and service relationship management, demonstrating a proven ability to drive success and achieve strategic objectives. Experience overseeing Corporate/Business programs and relationships highly desired.
3. A minimum of 2 years vendor management/oversight of business/commercial products/solutions.
4. Exceptional skills in member relationship management with a focus on delivering unparalleled service and value.
5. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
6. Superior communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
