The State Department Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience with a related financial services company, with at least two years of direct supervisory or management experience in leading, motivating, and developing a successful sales and service team. Excellent organizational and communication skills are expected. A BS/BA degree in Finance or a related field is preferred. Required Skills and Competencies: Associates Degree desired with knowledge of credit union and/or financial institution rules, regulations, and policies Supervisory experience desired Strong interpersonal skills, including dealing with people in a professional manner, diplomacy and tact Ability to work independently including managing priorities and working under pressure Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Good organizational skills and time management skills Demonstrated resourcefulness and analytical skills Required to extend work shift and/or work during times that SDFCU is closed on assigned Saturdays
