Engage in settlement negotiations and pursue favorable resolutions for clients when appropriate. Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in personal injury, toxic torts, or a related field. Experience in handling complex cases, including product liability, environmental law, and insurance coverage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess case merits and formulate effective strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present cases clearly and persuasively. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage a demanding caseload. Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Admission to the California State Bar in good standing. Skills:
