Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and changes. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing documentation to gather comprehensive requirements. Process Mapping and Optimization: Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices to streamline operations and increase productivity. Solution Design and Documentation: Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and system designs for technical teams. Create detailed documentation, including use cases, process flows, and requirements traceability matrices, to guide development and implementation efforts. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data from various sources to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes. Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure alignment of priorities, expectations, and deliverables. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a business analysis or related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems. Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation techniques. Experience with business intelligence tools, data analysis, and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Additional Requirements: Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
