At Hoshizaki America, the network administrator is responsible for maintaining the networks and systems that keep our organization running. From maintaining ironclad security to supervising network updates and training users, the administrator is not only IT support but also the thread that connects all operations. Deep technological expertise with a wide range of computer systems, hardware, and software is essential for the network administrator to excel in this role and help drive our organization forward.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Projects Delivered on Budget Critical System Availability (uptime of 95%) No IT J-SOX deficiencies for items supported. Create and maintain documentation and training materials on critical infrastructure and cybersecurity. Meet/exceed monthly SLA compliance rate goals on incident tickets based on measures established annually. Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Design, Implement and Maintain computer networks and systems including software, servers, VPNs, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches. Prepare, implement, and monitor disaster procedures and recovery. Installs, supports and/or maintains local (LAN) and/or wide area networks (WAN); evaluates and recommends network products and software upgrades. Tests and analyzes network control software, routers, switches, lines, modems, adapters, and servers. Monitor and troubleshoots network failures and errors; and diagnoses, isolates, and resolves routine to moderately complex network related problems ensuring timely results and minimal disruption of operations. Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves technical problems related to network failure/integrity and usage of PC hardware and software. Resolves infrastructure hardware and software issues by working with the vendor's helpdesk and/or technical support. Maintains and updates network documentation of installations, upgrades, configurations. Creates and maintains internal processes and procedures. Maintains the Cloud-based services, including Office 365. Provides directions and support for less experienced staff members. Respond to and resolve help desk requests. Provide after-hours support for any system outages. TRAVEL REQUIRMENTS

Local travel between factories and warehouses is required. (Dependable transportation required)

Domestic travel to remote office locations, training and conferences may be required.

International travel to remote office locations or Hoshizaki subsidiaries may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or equivalent technical training and 3-5 years' experience of network administration, or system administration experience including troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Network Certification Preferred- such as COMPTIA Network +, CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Working knowledge of networking technologies such as network/IP connectivity, switches, and advanced routing. Thorough knowledge of current Microsoft Windows operating systems, application and file servers, cloud computing, databases, server virtualization, information security systems and storage systems Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policies and PowerShell scripting Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired. Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and forward Familiarity with backup and recovery software and disaster recovery methodologies Ability to adequately manage assigned projects and report project progress. Experience in automated help desk management systems Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours. Familiarity with Palo Alto, SonicWall or Juniper firewalls a plus Familiarity with IBM QRadar a plus Familiarity with Arcserve UDP a plus Familiarity with Nutanix a plus
