IT Analyst Location: West Palm Beach, FL Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join a growing team at a reputable non-profit organization in West Palm Beach. This role focuses on networking, help desk support, and system administration, supporting 400 end users across 17 locations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in networking with Ubiquiti UniFi, experience using Ninja One RMM, and proficiency in SharePoint.

This is a hands-on, onsite position with occasional travel between sites as needed. A bi-weekly gas stipend will be provided to support travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain networking systems, including configuring and troubleshooting Ubiquiti UniFi switches and access points. - Provide Tier 1 and 2 help desk support to end users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner. - Utilize Ninja One RMM to monitor and manage IT systems, ensuring uptime and performance across all sites. - Maintain and optimize SharePoint for team collaboration and document management. - Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues to maintain smooth operations across 17 locations. - Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement best practices for network and system security. - Create and maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, workflows, and IT policies. - Travel to different locations as needed to provide on-site support (sporadically).

Qualifications: - Networking expertise with Ubiquiti UniFi systems is required. - Familiarity with Ninja One RMM or similar remote management tools. - Proficiency in configuring, managing, and optimizing SharePoint for end users. - Two or more years of IT support experience, including help desk and networking. - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365. - Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to sites as needed.
