We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs. Team Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, QA, and business analysts. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. Mentor and motivate team members to achieve project goals. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigations. Address stakeholder concerns and ensure timely resolution. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project budgets and ensure financial goals are met. Technical Understanding: Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and challenges. Review technical documentation and ensure alignment with project objectives. Facilitate the adoption of technical best practices and tools. Quality Assurance and Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and of high quality. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:
