Enterprise Architect

This position requires an active

TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph

clearance or the ability to obtain a

TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph

clearance to be considered.

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to lead IT system engineering and hands-on management for strategic and transformation planning. This role involves providing technical expertise, developing transformation strategies, and offering system support to improve the Army's enterprise architecture.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for

Enterprise Architect : $130,000 to $170,000.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Enterprise Architect Responsibilities Include: Support near-, mid-, and long-term transformation planning aligned with the Army Campaign Plan (ACP) and other strategic goals. Draft capabilities-based transformation plans that address staffing, resourcing, equipping, IT infrastructure, and knowledge management needs. Provide recommendations on organizational structure, staffing, and enterprise relationships. Prepare briefings and documentation for senior leadership, offering insights at ISR architecture and implementation meetings and recommending updates to SOPs/TTPs. Serve as the primary contact for system issues and aid in the development of automated information systems and enterprise architectures. Represent the organization in IT meetings, VTCs, and conferences, coordinating with stakeholders across Army MSCs, HQDA, Army MACOMs, Services, and Intelligence Agencies. Develop Unfunded Requirement (UFR) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue papers, organizational documents, POA&M schedules, and strategy and implementation documents. Define system development from mission analysis through performance verification. Evaluate alternative solutions and conduct risk and cost assessments to ensure optimal system functionality. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Enterprise Architect Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. At least 5 years of experience in the last 15 years in Systems Architecture, Project Engineering, or Systems Engineering, or equivalent. Proficiency in IT Project Management and enterprise architecture. Experience with software maintenance, hardware, communications, and development of large-scale, cross-functional systems. Familiarity with ACP, PPBE, and collaborative knowledge management preferred. Ability to coordinate with military and civilian stakeholders for IT infrastructure planning preferred.
