Workday HCM Architect: Recruitment, Talent Optimization and Learning Responsibilities: Workday System Deployment: Develop and implement Workday solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Workday System Administration: Lead the configuration and customization of Workday modules Recruiting, Talent Optimization and Learning , tailoring them to meet specific business needs. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into actionable plans within the Workday ecosystem. System Testing : Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of configured solutions. System Optimization : Continuously assess system performance and functionality, recommending and implementing improvements or enhancements. Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Workday to provide meaningful insights and data for decision-making and compliance reporting. Integration Management : Oversee integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. Compliance and Data Security: Ensure Workday configurations and processes comply with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards. Take measures to protect sensitive employee data. Training and Documentation: Create documentation and provide training to end-users and stakeholders on Workday functionalities and processes. Change Management: Implement and manage changes to the Workday system, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, and other relevant departments, providing expertise and guidance on Workday-related matters. Skills we're seeking 5 years of experience with Workday HCM Architecture and/or Engineering Must have experience completing at least one full life cycle Workday HCM implementation/migration Must have techno-functional Workday HCM experience Must have experience with Recruitment, Talent Optimization and Learning modules Nice to haves Experience with other areas of Workday HCM such as: Payroll Advanced Compensation Benefits Time Tracking and Absence Onboarding Workday Pro HCM Core Certification Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in an IT or HR related field
