ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities
Responsible for troubleshooting, resolving and documenting specific customer calls as assigned to almost all aspects of computer operation. Must have exceptional customer service skills and possess knowledge based skills in a specific technology area to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
* Must respond to and resolve incidents assigned by an issue tracking ticketing system. * Implement remote tools or hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, and configuring peripherals and applications. * Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved. * Perform post-resolution follow-ups to service desk requests. * Collaborate with other IT staff as necessary to resolve issues. * The support analyst is responsible for keeping the computer imaging and imaging server up to date with drivers for the models of desktops that we have in our environment. * Is responsible for prepping new or leased equipment, scheduling a time with customer for installation, and recovering the old units. * Must be flexible to perform other duties as assigned to endure reliable and working operations. * May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Requires High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of one (1) year of related experience * CompTIA A+ Certification required within 6 months of hire * A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.

Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.
