ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities
Develop and deploy integrated solutions aimed at modernizing, consolidating, and coordinating the departmental and enterprise applications, systems, and platforms.
* Participate in application evaluation, development, design, installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance. * Manage development of applications and information systems. * Assist in developing functional specifications used to procure and deploy specialized applications. * Provide technical expertise and assistance in designing and developing applications. * Plan, oversee and document all aspects of assigned intermediate sized projects using enterprise project management tool. * Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. * Install and configure business software applications. * Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency and achieve successful implementation of application. * Create standard procedures for application. * Provides reports for customers and staff using reporting tools such as SAP Crystal reports, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Microsoft PowerBI, IBM Cognos, Tableau, and Dashboard Gear. * May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Requires a Bachelor's Degree * Minimum of three (3) years of related experience * A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered * A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire

Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.
