We are currently looking for enthusiastic teammates with 2-5 years of experience within a professional office setting.
This is an On-site position working within a collaborative studio.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design 2-5 years' experience as an Interior Designer in a professional office setting Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Office 365 Interest in all phases of interior architecture, millwork design, FF&E, and reviewing and coordinating construction documents Strong communication skills with the ability to present design ideas clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Experience working with cross-functional, adaptable team members, including Architects, Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors Knowledge of design principles and working knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety standards, and ADA compliance Experience in furniture/finish selection and specification writing Experience in lighting design, including the selection and specification of lighting fixtures, layout, and integration of natural and artificial lighting Preferred Qualifications
NCIDQ Certification preferred Experience in Enscape, Lumion, and/or Twin Motion Responsibilities
Involvement in creative efforts of interior design team and consultants on projects from initial stages through construction and installation Assist in the development of design concepts, storytelling and participate in design presentations Initiate and guide overall interior design team vision by applying group direction and goals Select materials to create a unique and thoughtful space Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships Delegate project tasks and responsibilities Furniture/finish selection and specification writing BENEFITS
