JOB DESCRIPTION: The Site PMO Lead is responsible for leading the Site Portfolio Management Process in alignment with strategic, commercial and financial objectives for the Site, DPS Supply Chain and J&J Med Tech. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the Site Leadership Team to develop and maintain the site project portfolio, with effective alignment across E2E Value Streams and Functions. Lead JU, MTP, NU, BP and YE business cycle activities for the Site, contributing to the development and leading the implementation of dedicated processes for reporting, decision making, prioritization & escalation. Coordinate with Site Leads and functional PMOs (Facilities, Source, Quality, etc.) to create a concise overview of site investment needs and priorities. Along with business excellence, lead the Site Value Capture Plan and Cost Actions to drive value through cost reduction, cost avoidance and optimization, setting and achieving year over year efficiency for the site. Support Site Leadership from a strategic investment/prioritization standpoint by creating insights from data to aid decision making. Implement standard site communications to coordinate information between Joints Platform PMO, E2E Value Streams and Site Leadership and maintain effective communication flows for inquiries, challenges and decision making. Facilitate a standard cadence of meetings for Portfolio and Project Governance, with monthly Portfolio Governance and weekly Project Governance meetings to assess performance against predefined metrics and KPIs, managing follow-ups on any variances or issues. Manage the tracking, communication, and documentation of CAPEX/CNIS/VCP targets, changes, and monthly actualizations ensuring monthly variance commentary is provided by the Project Leads on the dates set by DPS Supply Chain. Lead the Site CAR process and meetings, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and CRC timelines. Manage training and provide guidance on PM Methodology, Standard Processes and Tools with Roll-Out of trainings on behalf of DPS or JOINTS SC PMO when required. Qualifications EDUCATION: Bachelors (Third Level Degree) required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management or related areas. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: REQUIRED: Demonstrate high levels of theoretical knowledge with practical application of Project or Program Management Processes (PMP certification optional but preferred). Proficiency in project management software and tools. Successful track record in collaborating across functions in a manufacturing environment with 3+ years of project, portfolio planning/management. Working knowledge of Quality Management Standards. Flexible work ethic. Strong influencing skills – establishes rapport, confident and persuasive. Problem Solving skills – to assist in managing competing demands. Decision Making – required to make decisions on priority. Degree of responsibility – must be capable of coordinating and leading a team to optimize Portfolio of Projects. Excellent Planning & Organizing Skills – good with complex data, concise and accurate. Extent of Confidentiality - discretion is critical in view of contact with outside parties, product development strategies & regulatory.
