This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations while adhering to budget and timeline.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage controls projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.Coordinate with engineering, field installation, and construction teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee the installation and commissioning of control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to review progress and identify potential risks.Review and approve project documentation, including designs, specifications, and change orders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical fields.Minimum of 5 years of field experience working with a mechanical contractor, control contractor, or balancing contractorProven experience with Alerton, Siemens, Schneider, TAC, Andover, Invensys, Tridium DDC, Honeywell control systems.HVAC and/or Industrial system knowledgeUnderstandings of operation of boilers, chillers, air-handling units, constant vs.variable volume systems, and knowledge of other HVAC equipmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
