Position Responsibilities: Business Development:
Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities aligned with their AI-driven caregiving and customer service offerings. Strategic Partnerships:
Build and manage strategic relationships with data integration companies, real-world evidence providers, and AI-focused organizations. Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, particularly those leveraging their data creation and integration capabilities. Corporate Development:
Lead M&A initiatives, including identifying targets, performing due diligence, and negotiating agreements to scale their capabilities. Data Monetization:
Drive the creation, integration, and commercialization of new data products to support AI advancements and client needs. Landscape Analysis:
Stay ahead of trends in the AI caregiving, note-taking, and customer service industries to inform their strategic direction. Deal Execution:
Close high-value partnerships and deals, ensuring seamless integration into their ecosystem. Client Experience Enhancement:
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve client experiences, particularly for inbound customer service operations. Analytics and Financial Acumen:
Leverage spreadsheets and financial models to assess deals, partnerships, and market opportunities.
Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications: Experience:
10+ years in business development, corporate development, or strategic partnerships, with a focus on AI and data monetization. Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth in dynamic, fast-evolving industries.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the AI caregiving and customer service space, including emerging trends and technologies. Familiarity with data integration, real-world evidence companies, and data-driven product development.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to execute at a senior level. Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills. Financial acumen with the ability to navigate spreadsheets and assess business cases.
Leadership:
Front-row seat experience in guiding organizations through industry changes and capitalizing on new opportunities.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
