Inventory & Demand Planning Manager Seeking an experienced Inventory & Demand Planning Manager to lead our Demand Planning Team, executing essential business needs and enhancing our supply chain operations. This role demands expertise in forecasting processes and an assertive approach towards inventory management, optimizing stock levels, and leading advanced planning systems. This position is pivotal in driving business efficiency and collaboration across numerous departments, ensuring the accuracy of inventory monitoring and forecasting activities to meet business goals and improve supply-chain-related outcomes. Salary:

Dependent on Experience per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the Demand Planning Team and manage day-to-day operational needs within the demand planning landscape. Act as a functional expert in the forecasting process, enhancing and facilitating the SIOP execution for key business units. Drive central inventory analytics and optimization aligning with weekly, monthly, and quarterly business cycles. Provide oversight for organizational inventory targets; lead critical inventory meetings across various business units. Distribute weekly and monthly inventory updates to the Leadership Team and Operational sites, maintaining clarity and accuracy in reporting. Guide Demand Planners towards world-class forecasting and SIOP processes, ensuring robust training and support. Lead utilization and adoption of best practices in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), specifically the demand forecasting module. Monitor and respond to forecast accuracy metrics, actively seeking and implementing performance enhancement measures. Collaborate with various business units to realign inventory and sales strategies, aiming for operational alignment and efficiency. Participate in larger supply chain initiatives, representing the Supply Chain team in broader business operation strategies. Minimum Position Qualifications: BA/BS in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent field. At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory management roles. Advanced understanding of key supply chain processes, including inventory management, demand and supply planning, along with capacity and materials management. Proficiency in SAP with experience in advanced planning and scheduling tools, particularly SAP-IBP. Proven analytical skills, with a strong ability to tackle problems and generate process improvements. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields. Previous leadership experience in a demand planning or inventory management role. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders throughout the organization. Experience in executing SIOP processes and conducting high-level inventory analysis. Capability to train and guide teams in the adoption of supply chain technologies and processes. Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership capabilities and team management. Expertise in SAP-IBP and other inventory management software. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
