will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with nonprofit accounting standards. This role involves leading financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and audit preparation to support the organization's mission and long-term goals. This role allows 2-3 days remote weekly Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and manage the organization’s annual budget and forecasts. Manage preparation for annual audits and liaise with external auditors. Track and report on restricted and unrestricted funds, ensuring proper allocation. Collaborate with program teams to prepare financial reports for grants and funders.
