We're seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join a venture-backed AI development platform that's transforming how engineers code. Our client is building the future of human-AI programming, already improving productivity for hundreds of thousands of developers worldwide. The Opportunity
Join an elite team of 20 researchers and engineers Shape the sales strategy of a rapidly growing, well-funded startup ($68.4M raised) Work alongside technical founders and help define the enterprise sales playbook Generous compensation: $200K-$300K OTE ($100K-$150K base + 50/50 commission split) Competitive equity package Visa sponsorship available What You'll Do
Own and expand our enterprise pipeline ($100K+ ACV deals) Partner with engineering leadership at innovative companies Build and optimize our sales processes Drive growth through both inbound leads and strategic outbound efforts Help shape our go-to-market strategy and sales playbook What We're Looking For
5-8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of excellence (Presidents Club, consistent quota achievement, rapid promotions) Experience at 2+ top-tier B2B SaaS companies Proven success in early-stage environments, building and evolving sales playbooks Technical aptitude and ability to engage credibly with software engineers Experience closing 6-figure enterprise deals Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office role) Ideal Background
Early sales hire experience at successful startups Enterprise software sales expertise Notable achievements in competitive domains Experience scaling developer tools or AI products We're building the engineer of the future - a seamless blend of human judgment and AI capabilities.
