We are looking for a
VP of Finance
to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities: Provide financial insight and guidance to the executive team and Board of Directors to shape and execute the company's financial strategy. Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans. Drive analysis and recommendations that align with organizational goals. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze financial performance and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and highlight areas for improvement. Manage capital allocation, liquidity, and risk management to optimize resources. Lead efforts for raising capital, including debt and equity financing, to support growth. Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Ensure seamless integration of financial operations post-transaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, particularly in high-growth or publicly traded companies Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
