Your Role and Responsibilities As a Brand Sales Specialist you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business. A typical day may involve: Client Management & Value Communication: Managing clients and effectively communicating IBM's value Decision Maker Engagement: Identifying decision makers, qualifying opportunities, and establishing partnerships Sales Process Leadership: Overseeing the complete sales process, with a focus on new business Collaborative Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborating with the broader IBM sales ecosystem to develop campaigns and boost pipeline growth.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise Previous experience in selling distributed storage solutions/flash storage solutions Competitive Selling and Sales Prospecting Problem Solving & Creativity Leadership skills Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Client-Centric Drive: High energy, resilience, and initiative to deliver client value. ROI Communication: Creating and communicating ROIs and value assessments C-Suite Influence: Excellent networking, including influencing C-suite in large deal Effective Communication & Relationship Building: Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels Navigational Expertise: Expertise in navigating data, people, and processes to drive client investment and adoption.
