The Account Executive/Recruiter will conduct searches for experienced to executive level professionals in finance and accounting, sales, marketing, and operations, as well as staffing consulting assignments.
Excellent compensation in line with experience, includes base and commission.
Recruiting:
Research, identify, and contact finance and accounting professionals for consulting and permanent opportunities. Utilize social media and online search engines to aid research, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. Counsel candidates on all aspects of the job search process and career management. Match candidates to open positions, conduct reference checks, prep, debrief, and negotiate employment terms. Maintain and update internal database with relevant information on current and potential clients. Track activity, achieving monthly activity goals. Business Development/Client Services:
Provide talent acquisition and advisory services to clients including organizational development, workforce trends, and long-term retention strategies. Gather business intelligence, including company background, organization, budget, timelines, potential competitors, purchasing process, etc. Generate new leads through marketing calls, visits, and networking; analyze prospective clients’ needs and customize ideal strategic recruitment and staffing solutions. Set and attend sales appointments with key decision makers who hire at current and prospective client companies. Identify, analyze, and close new business. Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle and account management. Track activity, achieving monthly activity goals. Qualifications: BA/BS is required. 2+ years of experience in either sales, customer service, recruiting, or within our specialty, finance and accounting. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to connect with people, listen, and solve problems. Self-motivated, resilient, tenacious, able to cope with and learn from failure.
