Compensation will be commensurate with experience, with an anticipated salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000. + Bonuses

We are looking for someone who:
\u2022 has 4 or more years of substantial civil litigation experience in state and federal trial courts
\u2022 Excellent research and writing skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and exceptional organizational and time-management skills
\u2022 Proficient with Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, calendaring software, Westlaw, electronic filing systems in state and federal court (and related e-filing portals), transcript management software, and electronic discovery databases (e.g., Everlaw, Relativity)
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program
Duties:
\u2022 Manage discovery, including complex electronic discovery and third-party subpoenas, in multiple cases simultaneously
\u2022 Support and manage document collections and productions
\u2022 Prepare, file, and serve pleadings in state and federal court, as well as in arbitrations, including preparing cite checks (e.g., Bluebook, California Style Manual) and generating tables of authorities and contents for briefs
\u2022 Organize exhibits and other supporting documents for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials
\u2022 Provide support during arbitrations and trials, including preparation of witness binders and witness coordination, and interfacing with court personnel and third-party vendors
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
