Provide top-notch technical support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Identify and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues related to our products and services. Educate customers on product functionalities and best practices to maximize their user experience. Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately within our support systems. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex inquiries and develop effective solutions. Keep up-to-date with product advancements and industry trends to offer informed support. Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your technical skills and customer service techniques. Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage. Experience in technical support or customer service roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with a firm understanding of technical concepts. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centered approach. Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is a plus. A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
