Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Director ISV Technology Solutions in San Francisco, CA: Job Duties:
Define vision and strategy for Salesforce’s ISV Operations. Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders through round tables and brainstorming sessions across functions to understand business needs. Assess and secure the right teams and resources to evangelize the Salesforce platform. Perform management tasks such as V2MOM (Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measures), a Salesforce-specific methodology to align and manage team performance. Perform internal collaboration by coordinating and strategizing with cross-functional teams including Industry Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Field Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to execute against customer initiatives. Engage in technical enablement, which requires the ability to navigate the detailed technology landscape, find the fastest route to gather, understand technical details and simplify the information to each partner. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field. A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering). Special Skill Requirements:
(1) System Architecture; (2) C#; (3) Kanban; (4) Microsoft SQL Server; (5) Database Design; (6) ASP.NET; (7) API Development; (8) Agile Methodologies; (9) HTML5; and (10) Web Development. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Salary:
