Position: Senior Director ISV Technology Solutions

Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Duties:

1. Define vision and strategy for Salesforce's ISV Operations.
2. Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders through round tables and brainstorming sessions across functions to understand business needs.
3. Assess and secure the right teams and resources to evangelize the Salesforce platform.
4. Perform management tasks such as V2MOM (Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measures) to align and manage team performance.
5. Coordinate and strategize with cross-functional teams including Industry Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Field Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to execute against customer initiatives.
6. Engage in technical enablement, navigating the detailed technology landscape, gathering technical details, and simplifying information for each partner.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).

Salary: $273,915.00 - $313,390.00 per annum.
