The Sales Analytics Analyst will primarily support Nestlé Health Science USA’s Customer Strategy team in the areas of Sales reporting & analysis, tracking key initiatives and performing detailed analysis around pricing, product, placement and promotion. This role will be expected to work collaboratively with various teams on detailed sales analysis and present results to key internal stakeholders. In addition, the Sales Analytics Analyst will be responsible for working with our Power BI and Data teams to help maintain and enhance our suite of daily, weekly and monthly reporting. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas. Responsibilities:

Support Customer Strategy Team with ad-hoc shipment analysis. Support Customer Strategy Team with high-level IRI analysis, deeper analysis must go through Insights and Analytics team. Provide monthly IRI data to the Power BI team to update shipment/consumption model reporting and dashboards. Work with Power BI & Data teams to create and enhance Power BI dashboards to support the business. Monthly data pulls from multiple trade systems for consolidated forecast reporting and analysis. Update innovation info on internal Sales & Marketing sites. Build, maintain and distribute innovation tracker for each launch period, including projections and actuals shipments. Utilize 3rd party tools and resources to compile info on competitive new items coming to the market. Track both Nestlé and competitive innovation through IRI and report out findings on monthly basis. Combine insights from 3rd party tools to build out monthly analysis of pricing and price change data in the market. Maintain master price list and send updates to master customer pricing team. Develop price bracket recommendations and add items/update the price point system. Work with Numerator to build or enhance competitive promotion reporting to support the Customer Strategy Team. Build and maintain consolidated customer calendars (presentation dates, reset dates, etc.). Extract promotional data from trade systems to develop a consolidated promotional calendar for all customers, to be distributed monthly. Support CST with any data or insights related to product or packaging changes. Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the Customer Strategy Manager (Sales). Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or in a related field preferred. 2+ years of relevant work experience in Sales or Sales Analytics utilizing syndicated supplier data/software (IRI, Numerator, Power BI or Osprey) required. Must also have current or prior experience using syndicated data to determine customer needs and establish the most effective pricing and promotional activities that will increase sales and market share for the company and its customers. Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required. Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships). Must possess strong project management and problem-solving skills. Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Must have strong analytical skills including the ability to leverage data and processes to identify areas to maximize profit and improve processes. Ability to multi-task and prioritize key responsibilities required. Must have strong business acumen skills including sound understanding of financial business practices such as budgeting. Current or prior experience working with the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Nutrition industry is highly desired. Willing and able to travel up to 5% based on the needs of the team and the business. The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
