Vice President of Affiliate Services for Sotheby’s International Realty for the Caribbean and Latin America region (“CALA”).

Summary: The Vice President of Affiliate Services supports the retention, revenue growth, and profitability of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates and works collaboratively with the international servicing team to foster growth of the international affiliate network. This requires strong leadership, guidance, support, direction, and communication to the Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates and the international servicing team. The Vice President - Affiliate Services is responsible for promoting the Brand’s offerings to drive growth and profitability in all affiliate offices within their region. This position is also involved with companies converting to the Brand’s systems and tools. This position interacts directly with the affiliates to gain their support on company initiatives, foster a collaborative culture, and facilitate affiliate growth.

Another key responsibility of this position is the ability to oversee and manage all aspects of compliance with Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates brand standards, which requires an understanding of how the brand is to be protected in the marketplace.

Finally, this role will work in concert with the Director of Marketing in the region as well as the Manager of Affiliate Services to design the growth plan for the region and to implement the plan and report back monthly as to the progress of the affiliate’s plan and the proposed revenue they may be able to generate under the plan. This role will also support marketing and regional events. Responsibilities include: Business planning with affiliates as well as the implementation of the transition plan. Supports and participates in all affiliate transitions within the region. Create a business plan for the region to help achieve the growth thresholds set forth by the brand within the region and the methodology on achieving these goals. Works with affiliates to achieve growth thresholds for the region. Responsible for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and proactively managing affiliate issues in the region. Assist senior management in the design of service strategies. Acts as liaison between affiliates and the Sotheby’s International Realty corporate offices to provide information regarding resources and programs available through the network. Consults with the affiliates to maximize broker profitability and identify and drive ancillary revenue opportunities. Works with the affiliate to assist and implement their individual business plans. Drives adoption of marketing initiatives by working with the marketing director to introduce tools and methodologies to increase rates of usage. Maintains the integrity of the brand and enforces compliance with the Identity standards manual and policies and procedures. Identifying those affiliates focused on new developments that show the greatest growth potential and drive engagement of Keystone. Work to identify M&A, CCO, or JV opportunities. Communicate with corporate any issues, concerns, or opportunities that may exist in the region in a timely manner. Assist with maintaining and strengthening the relationship with the Sotheby’s Auction House in the region. Assist events team to execute auction house events and identify opportunities for regional events. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred. 10 years related experience. Real Estate experience required. High-end/luxury brand experience required. 10 years of experience in business and strategic planning. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to travel to the CALA region as needed. Demonstrated ability to influence and build credible relationships with enterprise clients. Ability to establish credibility and trust with affiliates and within the brand. Strategic planning and problem-solving skills required. Ability to execute against plans and yield demonstrable results. Language skills: Bi-Lingual skills in English and Spanish preferred. #LI-Remote #LI-CH1
