We have an excellent job for you located in Quantico, VA. As a Systems Administrator (SCCM)you will: Apply systems administration skills to support USMC wargamming capabilities. Work with a team of driven, supportive, and highly skilled professionals. Worked as a technology professional handling support to servers and other hardware running mission applications and services, physical and logical (virtualized) servers and appliances, and supporting equipment tools and system software (e.g., operating systems, virtualization software, authentication software, utilities, schedulers) Receive a robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan (https://vimeo.com/729673832/55ff22ab92) . A week in the life of a Systems Administrator (SCCM) Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains server and systems configurations (hardware and software) to ensure their confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Administers server-based systems, security devices, distributed applications, network storage, messaging, and performs systems monitoring. Consults on network, application, and customer service issues to support computer systems’ security and sustainability for the following solutions and capabilities: Virtual Desktop Infrastructure for unlass and multiple classified networks Active Directory End Point Security Solutions (EPSS) Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Servers, virtual machines, and virtual servers Cloud servers and containers Manage server resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability. Monitor and maintain server configuration. Diagnose faulty server hardware. Perform repairs on faulty server hardware. Install, update, and troubleshoot servers. Job Requirements 7 years of experience Must be proficient in current DoD policies and strategy related to IT systems. Must have required experience in Systems Center Configuration Management (SCCM) in secure environments with general experience with systems administration and networking. Experience managing all aspects of all classes of GFE servers and supporting equipment, including all hardware and software systems and tools used to monitor, maintain, optimize, and report on environment health and status Certifications: IAT Level II (i.e. Security CE, CCNA/CISSP) Computing Environment (i.e., Server, Network, Windows certification) Clearance:Active TS/SSBI with SCI eligibility Founded in 1975, AMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States.
