Roles and Responsibilities Owns the development, prioritization and implementation of the digital strategic roadmap with Global Supply chain, IT as well as the Business Insights and Analytics team. Develops and leads portfolio prioritization, innovation and project execution processes to implement the supply chain digitization excellence strategy to deliver value. Champions innovation by scanning the marketplace for best-in-class data and technology capabilities that can be adapted and leveraged by the organization with an eye towards operational excellence and efficiency. Owns the End-to-end supply chain master data, data standards and procedures. Maintains governance for accuracy and quality through visibly reported Key Performance Indicators. Promotes operational excellence, process standardization and harmonization where appropriate. Leads knowledge and change management initiatives. Leads supply chain digitization excellence communities of excellence. Requirements Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, data science or information systems with a Masters or MBA preferred. 10-15 years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, ERP, digital / data technologies, quality process in the biopharma industry. Operational excellence experience (Green/Black belt or equivalent) preferred. Proven ability to develop and lead global teams. Ability to navigate organization, and identify, align and integrate cross-functional resources into cohesive teams in a highly matrixed environment. Demonstrated supply chain acumen and experience implementing enterprise technology or data systems including change management. Proven ability to identify innovative ideas through deployment that optimize processes / create value. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organized and able to prioritize program execution activities to meet multiple deadlines.
