As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their budget and requirements Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach a mutually beneficial agreement Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing or lease plans for customers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, pricing, and promotions Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and promote repeat business Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Requirements
Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
