Address land use and permitting issues, as well as conduct title examinations and manage title insurance matters. Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to ensure successful transaction outcomes. Provide expert legal counsel and representation in commercial lending and real estate matters. Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in commercial lending and commercial real estate, including acquisitions, development, and financing.
