Technical Sales Lead
to join our dynamic team and make a direct impact with key customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Point of Contact: Serve as the technical lead and primary point of contact for customer requests and support, building long-term relationships with key accounts. Presentations & Solutions: Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and discussions on design solutions, ensuring they meet the customer’s requirements. Technical Expertise: Work closely with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to create and explain technical solutions that highlight PI’s product features and benefits. Commercial Information: Gather essential commercial details including application data, program names, volume forecasts, and partner locations. Forecast & Reporting: Manage customer forecasts, prepare sales reports, and provide territory updates to ensure alignment with business goals. Pre-Sales Support: Offer pre-sales assistance, providing customers confidence that our products will meet their application needs. Post-Sales Support: Assist customers with product integration and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth transition from design to working scenario. Travel: Extensive travel (80%) required to visit selected focus customers. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent. Experience: 4+ years of industry experience in selling power ICs and electronics. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of power electronics, with expertise in power conversion topologies such as Buck, Boost, Flyback, Forward, LLC, and PFC converters. Application & Design Expertise: Experience designing or working with end equipment using control ICs and power semiconductors. Testing Knowledge: Proficient in the use of electronic test and EMC equipment. Strong Communication Skills: Must have excellent presentation abilities and be able to clearly explain complex technical concepts. Efficiency & Organization: Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and self-motivated. Teamwork: Must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments. Compensation: Annual Base Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (Salary based on role, qualifications, and work location).
