The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This includes conducting detailed inspections, measurements, and tests on Printed Circuit Boards. The inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the production process and ensuring top-notch products are delivered to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections and tests on electronic components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Utilize precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers, to measure components and verify dimensional accuracy. Inspect PCB circuit boards for defects, continuity, and overall quality. salary: $18 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM education: High School
Responsibilities
Detail-oriented Minimum 1 year of previous experience electronics assembly manufacturing IPC-A-610 certification history Previous experience using measuring instruments, such as calipers, multimeters & micrometers, etc. Ability to understand customer prints, bill of materials and work instructions Ability to see small parts, details A dynamic team player with a willingness to learn
The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week
