Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IQA Inspector to join our team at our PCB manufacturing facility in Milpitas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and inspection, with specific expertise in mechanical and electrical inspection. Responsibilities: Perform incoming quality assurance (IQA) inspections on mechanical and electrical components. Ensure compliance with IPC 610 and IPC 600 standards. Read and interpret mechanical prints and part specifications. Conduct dimensional analysis using standard measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges. Utilize basic computer skills for tasks such as email and Excel. Maintain accurate inspection records and reports. Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues. Lift and handle components weighing between 35-50 lbs. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of IQA experience. Training and applicable knowledge of IPC 610 and IPC 600 standards. Proficient in mechanical and electrical inspection techniques. Ability to read and understand mechanical prints and part specifications. Skilled in using standard measuring tools. Basic computer skills, including email and Excel. Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
