We are the one-stop-shop for harsh environment connectivity solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, leadership, and other stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, and actively managing our employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify current and future talent needs, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives. Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, addressing workforce gaps, and supporting organizational goals. Develop and execute recruitment plans for critical roles across different business groups, including Aerospace and Defense. Coordinate and conduct manager training on interviewing and recruitment best practices, including Targeted Selection and Culture Index methods. Collaborate with internal teams, such as HR and business partners, to optimize recruitment processes and share best practices. Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and industry events, to build a strong talent pipeline. Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates who align with the company culture. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management. Guide hiring teams on candidate selection, ensuring alignment with role requirements and cultural fit. Candidate Engagement & Experience: Create compelling job descriptions that reflect the role’s responsibilities and the organization’s values. Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback. Foster a positive and engaging candidate experience to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. Interviewing & Selection: Conduct interviews using Targeted Selection and other behavioral-based interview methodologies, ensuring hiring teams adhere to best practices. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback to candidates in a timely and constructive manner. Assist in the final selection process, providing recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate assessments and qualifications. Ensure all necessary pre-employment checks, including background checks, drug testing, and I-9 verification, are completed in compliance with company standards. Employer Branding & Marketing: Develop strategies to strengthen the company’s employer brand and increase visibility in the job market, positioning the company as a premier workplace. Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences, promoting the company's culture and job opportunities. Leverage social media and other platforms to attract top talent and enhance the company’s presence in the recruitment space. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, using data insights to continuously refine and improve talent acquisition processes. Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment performance, trends, and areas for process improvement. Recommend and implement recruitment process enhancements to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and overall performance. Onboarding & Talent Development: Partner with HR and hiring managers to effectively onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Develop and manage internship and college recruiting programs, collaborating with college relations teams and external partners to build relationships with potential future talent. Build relationships with professional organizations, schools, and other recruitment sources to strengthen the talent pipeline and expand recruitment networks. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record in both strategic and hands-on recruiting efforts. Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles. Experience in recruiting for diverse industries, particularly in technical or specialized sectors such as Aerospace and Defense or Manufacturing, is a plus. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday and other recruitment software tools. Skills & Abilities: Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence hiring teams. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Tech-savvy with proficiency in ATS systems, MS Office, and social media platforms for recruiting. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment processes.
