As a General Marketer with a sharp focus on social media, you’ll be at the heart of our brand’s growth, driving innovative marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Your mission? To amplify our social media presence, create bold, original content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging stays on point across all channels. You’ll be instrumental in launching new features and expanding into fresh markets, all while maintaining our unique brand voice. You’ll also dive into email campaigns, market research, event promotions, and public relations, helping us tell the powerful stories of our caregivers. With vibrant creativity and deep emotional intelligence, you’ll shine a spotlight on their invaluable work and raise awareness about opportunities for compensation. Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) Create, schedule and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and market goals Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and relevant Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community engagement Analyze social media performance and provide insights to improve reach, engagement and conversion rates Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies for web, social media, blogs, email marketing and other digital channels Create visually appealing social media posts, blog articles, newsletters and advertisements Optimize content for SEO, social sharing and lead generation. Campaign Execution & Analysis: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), monitor budgets, and optimize performance Collaborate with the Market Launch Team to align campaigns with new market pushes and growth goals, and then improve on future campaigns based on insights Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future efforts Develop strategies to gather and share caregiver stories Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the social media space Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels Assist with event promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives Experience: 4 years’ experience in consumer marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media management and digital marketing Proven track record of successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms Experience with paid social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and amplify brand voice Technical and stylistic design skills or deep familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Basic knowledge of video editing or experience with video content creation Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics). Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines Strong organizational and project management skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred) At Aidaly, we offer competitive compensation and equity incentives.
