Nexus is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to build and grow our social media presence. In this role, you’ll craft compelling content, engage with our followers, and elevate our brand to drive community growth and brand awareness. You’ll stay on top of trends and be familiar with the latest memes, but also know when to communicate in a straightforward and direct way. You’ll be responsible for managing our social platforms, executing campaigns, and contributing to our overall marketing strategy. Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels relevant to the Web3 space.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and shareable content that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate with the Community and Brand teams to align messaging and maximize the impact of campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, conversations, and sentiment, and proactively participate in relevant discussions.
Track and analyze the performance of social media initiatives using KPIs and analytics tools, optimizing efforts based on data insights.
Engage directly with our community, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering positive interactions.
Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
Support cross-platform campaigns, including product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest Web3 and blockchain developments to inform content strategy and ensure relevance.
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media channels, ideally within the Web3 or technology sector.
Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 concepts, with the ability to translate technical topics into engaging content.
Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and execute unique content ideas.
A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense for visual content.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.

Experience with influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns or content creation.
Familiarity with SEO best practices for social media.
