In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between our product and the market, leading campaigns and crafting compelling strategy and positioning that drives adoption and engagement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Nexus’s groundbreaking technology resonates with our audience and aligns with our mission. About Nexus
The Nexus Project is a scientific and engineering effort bringing truth to the field of computation. We’re enabling a new form of compute: verifiable computation, powered by open science and open-source software so it can benefit everyone. Our work aims to bring to life decades of advancements in zero-knowledge cryptography, achieved by many scientists, engineers, and mathematicians, into a single software system. Nexus raised $25M in Series A funding, co-led by Lightspeed and Pantera, with participation from Dragonfly, SV Angel, and more. Our team consists of some of the world's top cryptographers, mathematicians, and engineers, all working together with one goal: to unite the world's computers and prove humanity's computations. Nexus is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of our product positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies. You’ll conceive and execute campaigns, and communicate to users the impact our products will have. You’ll be the voice of the customer within the company, translating complex product features into clear and compelling value propositions while ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams. Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Nexus’s products, ensuring successful launches and sustained adoption.
Craft compelling product positioning that differentiates Nexus in the Web3 and blockchain markets.
Collaborate with the product team to understand new features and translate technical details into user-friendly language.
Partner with the Brand team to create and maintain marketing collateral, including educational content, presentations, case studies, and FAQs.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Conceive, execute and launch targeted campaigns that raise awareness and engagement.
Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to inform future marketing strategies.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing Nexus at industry events and conferences as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within the Web3/blockchain.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem, and ability to quickly learn about highly technical new advancements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling positioning.
Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technical products.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
Experience launching products in the Web3 space.
Background in user research or customer insights.
Knowledge of zero-knowledge cryptography or other advanced blockchain technologies.
Strong portfolio showcasing impactful product marketing initiatives.
