Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents. Requirements: Distinguished academic credentials. Superior writing and analytical capabilities. Experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing highly desirable. Education and Certifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Skills: Strong legal research and analytical skills. Excellent writing and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience in complex commercial litigation preferred. Familiarity with Electronic Discovery and federal court procedures.
