Job Summary
The COB Chapman Graduate School department is seeking a student to join their team of professionals The selected candidate will provide leadership and support across the College of Business Chapman Graduate School The selected candidate will provide support to the Global Recruitment and Operations office for the Chapman Graduate School and assist with multi-faceted activities and events as scheduled by the College Job duties include: Provide excellent customer service to all prospects and current students via emails, phone calls, and in-person. Provides administrative support for the office to include telephone coverage, copier projects (including overhead preparation and/or PowerPoint presentations), mail handling, supplies control, and necessary communications internally and externally. Document telephone calls and answer general email inquiries for all international applicants Assist with planning and execution of recruitment events, open houses, and seminars Providing information to prospective students about requirements, deadline dates, and general information Scan and link documents to the student's accounts on ImageNow system Update students' applications in the PantherSoft and CRM systems Initially qualify leads based on academic credentials, professional background and subject area of interest Utilize a collaborative and proactive approach connecting leads with recruiters Utilize various software programs, including MS Office and CRM System and assist with data entry and clerical tasks, as needed Create and answer cases for leads/prospects in CRM System Assist in the pulling of student data for program records and submission of program rankings Creates and maintains study abroad application portals in CRM system Assists in design and development of marketing materials for study abroad programs Oversees follow up for international recruitment event leads and contacts. Serves as initial point of contact for international undecided prospects. Maintains Office of Global Initiatives social media Additional duties as assigned relevant to the position
