to define and implement a strategic vision for growth and operational excellence for the midstream division. The ideal candidate is an experienced and dynamic leader skilled at balancing strategic planning with immediate operational demands. Reporting directly to the CEO, the new leader will enhance business performance by aligning midstream objectives with company goals while fostering cross-functional collaboration across the executive team.
Salary + Additional Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Vision Development: Formulate and communicate a clear vision and strategic roadmap for the business unit, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational strategy. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, leading to actionable insights and initiatives. Innovation Initiatives: Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and approaches to improve products, services, and processes. Efficiency Optimization: Oversee all operational processes and systems within the unit to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other business units and departments (e.g., marketing, finance, HR, R&D) to leverage synergies and enhance overall performance. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products and services meet the highest quality standards, implementing rigorous quality control processes. Budget Management: Develop and manage the business unit’s annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation. Profitability Focus: Analyze financial performance, identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement, and implement strategies to achieve profitability goals. Investment Decisions: Assess and prioritize capital investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and providing a solid return on investment. Talent Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the business unit, fostering an environment that encourages professional growth and high performance. Performance Management: Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team members are meeting their objectives and contributing to the business unit’s success. Cultural Stewardship: Champion a positive workplace culture that emphasizes collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring that all employees feel valued and engaged. Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies for risk management and crisis communication to mitigate potential challenges. KPI Development: Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success across various dimensions, including financial, operational, and customer satisfaction metrics. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive informed decision-making and strategic adjustments as necessary. Regular Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team and board of directors on the business unit’s performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience within Midstream Operations; with a proven track record of managing complex business operations and driving significant growth Must have expert level understanding of line pipe industry Strong business development acumen; must have high-level negotiation and client relationships building skills Proven experience in defining and executing strategic vision, with confidence in working autonomously Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze performance data, and implement effective solutions
