Senior Manager / Associate Director for our Rare & Inherited Disease portfolio of small & large panel / whole exome applications , and enable us to make a positive impact on the outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients worldwide. Ideally, you will be in proximity to our US (Boston) or Switzerland (Rolle) Corporate offices on a hybrid work-schedule, however suitably qualified candidates can be considered on a remote basis across the US-North East or East Coast. Your mission: Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Application Product Management, you will help lead the strategic direction and execution for Whole Exome and Rare Disease product lines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success in a competitive market. What you'll achieve: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch for Whole Exome and Rare Disease applications. Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and market needs. Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. Drive product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D for successful product development and commercialization. What you'll bring: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare. Experience with Whole Exome sequencing and Rare Disease applications is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. BSc, MSc, or equivalent in a relevant scientific or technical field.
