The Auditorium is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee its front-of-house operations.
The ideal candidate will set the industry standard in customer service for all patrons. They will be a driven, resourceful, innovative, and compassionate individual leading the front-of-house team by example. An ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment is essential.

Normal climate-controlled office environment is provided. Job is largely sedentary, but there is a need to move about the office and buildings frequently. Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, pushing and/or pulling is required (typically less than 10 pounds of weight or pressure). Regular use of desktop computer is required, calling for frequent hand/wrist movement and repetition. Moderate level of stress. Occasional travel within the local or regional setting may be required. Essential Job Functions: Recruit, train, inspire, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team (ushers, security, food and beverage, merchandise, and janitorial) to set the industry standard for the best entertainment experience through direct oversight of the facility, amenities, and guest services of the Auditorium. (60% of time) Manage budgets and analyze sales reports, including FOH expenses on a per show basis. (10% of time) Oversee annual, monthly, weekly, and daily janitorial and maintenance program with janitorial team. (10% of time) Oversee and support food and beverage operations to ensure the courteous, efficient, and relevant delivery of refreshments to our patrons. (10% of time) Oversee the staffing of security to ensure the complete, courteous, and safe operation of all Auditorium events. (10% of time) Posting Specific Questions
