This Onboarding Talent Acquisition Specialist must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish.
This position is hybrid; primarily remote with a few days per month onsite at our Corporate Office in Owings Mills, MD.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bilingual-Spanish Talent Acquisition Specialist (Onboarding) works closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants, New Hires, Shared Services, Occupational Health, and Site HR team members to organize, streamline, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires and transfers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is the key point of contact to ensure a timely and compliant process once an offer is accepted and throughout the onboarding framework. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in support for Recruitment and Shared Services Projects, as needed.
Essential Functions:
ONBOARDING:
Facilitation of all LBH hiring transactions for pending new hires that have been offered a position, prior to starting employment with LifeBridge Health. Ensures all onboarding requirements are met including completed background check including OIG, SAM and MD Exclusion lists, occupational health, supervisory references, social security number and date of birth verification, education, certification and license verification, and bonus agreements are signed. Coaches new employees throughout the onboarding framework and employee guidance throughout the onboarding process. Ensure accuracy for hiring transactions for all hires into GHR and track status updates within the ATS and new hire trackers. Identify Process Improvements throughout the onboarding process to improve the new hire experience. Works with the Talent Acquisition Consultant, HR Business Partners, and Occupational Health to manage concerns regarding the new hire/onboarding process. Proactively raise delays or hiring concerns. COMMUNICATION:
Responsible for timely and appropriate levels of communication throughout the Talent Acquisition process.
Effectively communicates with candidates, employees, leadership and the HR team. Maintains ongoing communication with internal and external hires/leaders on the onboarding process. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively verbally and written. An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Proactive outreach to include text, email, and phone calls. COMPLIANCE:
This function describes the tasks associated with multiple processes for verifying, monitoring and maintaining accurate system information.
Partners with Talent Acquisition Consultants and HR Business Partners to ensure job description education, licensure and certifications are accurate Support Internal/External Audit readiness and that LBH is audit ready/compliant to include employee new hire records Support all HR records/system are compliant for new hire processing and data/file management (GHR, Symplr-Recruiting, ReadySet, Privates Eyes, etc.) TA SUPPORT:
Support Recruitment and Shared Services Projects/Operations support, as needed.
Attend Recruitment Events, Candidate Outreach, and Sourcing Assist with Candidate Application Review to include Requisition Management, ATS application review, and initial phone screens Support Shared Services Projects as needed Support Proactive Sourcing efforts to include Social Media Outreach, Candidate Cold Calls, and Database Mining QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively verbally. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
