Projects in RI, MA and CT (many upcoming projects in southern MA) *Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application* Description The Senior Estimator is responsible for: Analyzing project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates Collaborating with various parties (architects, subs, etc.) to gather necessary information Preparing and submitting comprehensive, competitive bids and proposals Evaluating and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotes Conducting value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and cost factors Project cost control and budget management Upholding company image / professionalism Estimators will be reporting into this Senior Estimator Commuting to the office in Cranston, RI Profile The right Senior Estimator has the following qualifications: Commercial, Lifescience, or Academic project experience (required) Ideally public/municipal work but open to other backgrounds (except residential) 10+ years of Estimating experience with a General Contractor Construction-related degree (highly preferred) Computer skill & familiarity with construction softwares (including Newforma, OS Takeoff, Procore) Job Offer The Senior Estimator will receive: Competitive base salary up to $190K (flexible depending on experience) Company phone & laptop Recession proof business model - job security Tons of room for internal growth & more!
