Job Description

Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality. Supervise and evaluate the performance of the production personnel. Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments. Drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing process. Ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations. Manage and deliver on project timelines. Monitor and manage department budget and expenditures. Foster a culture of teamwork and high performance in the engineering and manufacturing department. The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Manager should have:

A degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field. Proven experience in managing manufacturing processes. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent project management skills. Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and applications. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong documentation and ERP experience. Experience with custom engineered product manufacturing. What's on Offer
