Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality Supervise and evaluate the performance of the production personnel Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments Drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing process Ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations Manage and deliver on project timelines Monitor and manage department budget and expenditures Foster a culture of teamwork and high performance in the engineering and manufacturing department Apply today using the link below and your resume will be considered within 1 business day

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will possess the following:
A degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field. Proven experience in managing manufacturing processes. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent project management skills. Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and applications. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong documentation and ERP experience. Experience with custom engineered product manufacturing. What's on Offer
