As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our staffing agency.
Responsibilities: - Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. - Collaborate with the recruiting team to match qualified candidates with client requirements. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business partnerships. - Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. - Earn quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics and achievements. - Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements: - Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the staffing industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
